BlackBerry mobile phone sales in Indonesia has been well received, even surpassing the sales in other countries, it is submitted by the Director of Marketing RIM Indonesia Eka Anwar.

RIM Indonesia will conduct a marketing campaign that prefer the "taste" of Indonesia. In addition, the RIM will open an outlet store BlackBerry lifestyle in Southeast Asia this week. These outlets will complement the two outlets that have been built in BlackBerry Palm d'Ivoire and ITC Roxy Mas, Jakarta.
Not only that, RIM will also expand its distribution network by opening a retail store network throughout Indonesia. This year, it plans to open stores in five major cities in Indonesia, Surabaya, Medan, Jakarta, Bandung, and Yogyakarta.
Pilgerstorfer Oliver, Head of Public Relations East Asia RIM Singapore, said that RIM is committed to creating new jobs with the RIM offices in Indonesia. The number is around 6,000 workers.
